A collection of 30 frames exploring the self through the use of drawing and sketching, photography, colour, patterns, texture and typography, as well as a soundtrack that reflects the state of self-being, composed into a one-minute animatic.

The animatic reflects my personality: a deep search for spiritual enlightenment, shown through the colour gold and a few patterns, and a great love for elegance, reflected in the style of photography and in a few other patterns.

The soundtrack and typography compositions in the animatic feature the song Car Radio by Twenty One Pilots, particularly the lyrics about faith. Faith is to be awake is one of the biggest things I have learnt during my spiritual journey. The lyrics about “sitting in silence” are used as part of the composition to reflect the darker side of spiritual growth: remaining silent to not seem crazy, while screaming inside.
